High corrosion-resistant chrome-free surface treatment "DISGO"

Compliance with various environmental regulations such as RoHS! Customization options are available, including changes in film thickness, added heat resistance, and reduced friction.

"DISGO" is a surface treatment technology for high-strength bolts that uses a paint-based process. Since it employs blast treatment instead of pickling, there is no risk of hydrogen embrittlement. It is chromium-free, containing neither hexavalent nor trivalent chromium, and complies with various environmental regulations such as RoHS. It has high corrosion resistance, demonstrating 2000 hours of rust prevention in salt spray tests (SST). [Features] - Suitable for high-strength bolts (high corrosion-resistant surface treatment that does not require baking) - Environmentally friendly, free of hexavalent and trivalent chromium - Reduces galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals - Customization options available, including changes in film thickness, added heat resistance, and reduced friction *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Environmental Load Reduction] Completely Chrome-Free Surface Treatment

Raw materials and processing stages completely free of environmentally harmful substances! Chrome-free surface treatment 'ERIN(R)' developed to protect the environment.

Hexavalent chromium contained in metal plating is a specific hazardous substance defined by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, which causes air pollution, river pollution, and soil contamination. 'ERIN' is a completely chrome-free surface treatment developed to protect the health of our precious planet and employees, without using hexavalent chromium. No environmentally harmful substances (hazardous substances) are used in the raw materials or processing stages. It has excellent thin-film rust prevention capabilities (1-6μm) and wear resistance, allowing for film formation on various metals such as iron, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. 【Features】 ■ Improved wear resistance (1-3μm) ■ Excellent thin-film rust prevention capabilities (1-6μm) ■ No distortion or dimensional changes due to heat, as it is processed at room temperature ■ Heat resistance (−70 to 750℃: coating) ■ Coating hardness (Hv1000-1200) ■ Insulating coating *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Film formation is possible on various base materials such as iron, aluminum, and copper! Chrome-free surface treatment.

A new coating that achieves complete chrome-free performance! It has excellent adhesion and can form a film on various metals such as iron, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel.

"ERIN" is a completely chrome-free surface treatment that does not use "hexavalent chromium," which is a cause of environmental burden. It excels in adhesion, rust resistance, and wear resistance, and can form a film on various substrates. <Examples of Compatibility> Iron, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc. Additionally, since it is a coating developed based on the phenomenon of room temperature impact curing, no thermal assistance is required during film formation. Raw material particles collide with the substrate at high speed, fracturing and deforming to form a dense and smooth film without voids. 【Features】 ■ Improved wear resistance (1-3μm) ■ Coating hardness (HV1000-1200) ■ Insulating coating ■ No distortion or dimensional changes due to heat, as it is a room temperature treatment ■ Heat resistance (−70 to 750℃: coating) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
